Welcome to Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191!
The Enrollment Center will be closed December 24th - January 1st.
We will reopen at 8:00am on Tuesday, January 2nd.
Kindergarten enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will open in early February.
Enroll Online Grades K-12
Online enrollment is available for families who are new to the district and families who have participated in a district program.

current Families
Enrollment for students in K-11 who currently attend a 191 school will automatically roll forward to the next school year.
If your child has ever been enrolled in one or more of the following District 191 programs, you can enroll through your ParentVUE account.
- School Readiness
- Early Childhood Family Ed
- Early Childhood Special Ed
- Early Childhood Screening
- Another student currently enrolled in grades K-12
If you do not currently have a ParentVUE account, but have participated in one of the programs above, email parentvue@isd191.org or contact the Enrollment Center at 952-707-4180 to receive your access code.
Paper Enrollment
Paper enrollment forms are an option for any enrollment scenario. Submit completed enrollment forms to the Enrollment Center located at 200 Burnsville Pkwy W, Burnsville. You can drop them off in person (Lower Level, Door 11) - we always love to meet our new families! Or, for your convenience, either fax to 952-707-4181 or email to enrollmentcenter@isd191.org.

The Enrollment Center is located on the lower level of Diamondhead Education Center.
Application for Educational Benefits
Even though meals are free for most students, District 191 asks all families to complete an online application called the Alternate Application for Educational Benefits
Filling out the Alternate Application for Educational Benefits can help families receive reduced or waived athletic and activities fees, reduced transportation fees, discounts on internet service, emergency food benefits and more.
